Dog Breed: Hound / Poodle (Standard) / Mixed (medium coat). Rex (A141903) is a 3-year-old Hound x Standard Poodle mix who weighed nearly 70 pounds on intake! 04/30/26 This stunning boy is Mister Rex! Rex was surrendered to the shelter because his owner felt he needed a home that could spend more time with him. He was said to be a very intelligent dog and knows quite a few commands. Rex was also said to be kennel-trained and housebroken. He is looking for a home that can keep him both mentally and physically stimulated. Rex was said to LOVE to play and may enjoy attending an agility class. Rex was said to do well with babies and children, but was said to initially bark at strangers but warms up quickly! He was also said to initially bark at other animals but then has a playful demeanor with other dogs. Please ensure you are making appropriate introductions to help set him up for success.
