He’s a mid-energy guy who loves to run and play but is also content to just hang out. Beau will do best in a patient, encouraging home where he can continue to come out of his shell as he grows. Beau is thoughtful when he’s meeting new people or dogs. He likes to approach at his own speed, and then he’s down for play or cuddles with adults, kids, and other dogs. Beau reads cues well and will wait for invitations to play. He is gentle and playful with kids and dogs, and would likely do well with cats. Beau enjoys wrestling with his doggy friends and would love to have a canine sibling to play with. Beau is crated consistently during the day and overnight and, while he may take a few minutes to adjust, he settles well and is excited to have his meals in his crate. This good boy has been working hard on his house training and is doing great. With patience, time, and consistency, he’s sure to be fully house trained in no time.
