Ivan is the kind of puppy who believes everyone is a potential new friend. Since arriving in foster care, Ivan has quickly shown himself to be a social, affectionate, and easygoing little guy. Like many puppies, he was a bit unsure when first introduced to a new environment, but it didn’t take long for him to settle in and make himself at home. One thing that’s already clear about Ivan is how much he loves people. He’s currently living in a home with two toddlers and has been enjoying all the activity that comes with family life. Whether he’s meeting new people, joining in on household adventures, or simply hanging out nearby, Ivan wants to be part of whatever is going on. He recently attended a family barbecue and had a wonderful time taking in all the sights, sounds, and new friends. His foster family reports that he settles in quickly, loves attention, and has been a wonderful little houseguest. Like any young puppy, Ivan is curious, playful, and learning something new every day. He is looking for a family committed to helping him continue building confidence through training, socialization, structure, patience, and love. Ivan and his littermates got an unusual start to life. They were found living beneath a shed in rural Texas, where their devoted mama did everything she could to keep them safe. Thankfully, a caring local family stepped in to help, giving the puppies a safe place to grow until they were ready to begin their journey to brighter futures. Today, Ivan is exactly where a puppy should be—safe, loved, and excited about the world around him. SNARR requires a $150 deposit in addition to your adoption fee, as well as a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract stating you will have this dog altered within 6 months of adoption.
