Dog Breed: American Staffordshire Terrier / Boxer / Mixed (short coat). Born: November 19, 2025 I am looking for my forever home. Adoption Donation: $500 My litter includes: Tatum and Treasure Meet Treasure! Treasure is a happy, loving puppy with a heart as big as her name. She loves everyone she meets, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and is always ready to play, explore, or soak up all the attention she can get. Treasure came to Animal House Shelter from southern Illinois after suffering a broken leg. Thanks to the care she received, she has healed beautifully and doesn’t let her past slow her down. She has embraced every step of her recovery with a wagging tail and a joyful spirit. Now, Treasure is ready to leave her difficult past behind and start the next chapter of her life with a family of her own. She is looking for a home where she can continue to grow, play, and share all the love she has to give. If you’re searching for a sweet, resilient puppy with a wonderful personality, Treasure may be the perfect addition to your family. All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present to be able to adopt. A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are recommended. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. Animal House Shelter cannot guarantee the breeds of the adoptable animals. The animals are posted on the website as the breed or breed mix based on their physical characteristics they most resemble.
