Foster to Adopt: We are looking for a foster-to-adopt for Beethoven, given his nervous behavior. When Beethoven gets to know someone, he really bonds with them. However, he needs a very patient person that is committed to giving him time and space and working with him on his confidence. Beethoven was surrendered to the shelter and looking for his new place to call home. Beethoven was described as an outgoing, friendly, and affectionate pup once he is familiar with her. However, he has found this new environment very scary and is looking for a home that will give him the time to decompress. His experience with other animals outside his home is nonexistent.
