Description
Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Great Pyrenees / Mixed. Hello, my name is Ladybug! I am a 9 week old female Lab/Great Pyr mix that weighs around 15lbs.I was found with what is presumed to be my sibling off State Highway 276 in Rockwall County on 7/16/26. Unfortunately, nobody came to reclaim me, so I came to the Rockwall Adoption Center to find my forever home. I am a sweet, affectionate puppy who would love a family with the time and patience to help me grow into a wonderful companion. I have been diagnosed with ringworm, which is a common and treatable fungal skin infection, not a worm. It can spread to people and other animals through direct contact, so I will remain contagious until August 16, 2026. I have already started treatment, and my adopter will simply need to continue my medication until it is complete. My adoption fee is $125 and includes my spay, rabies vaccine, microchip, first Bord/Dappv vaccines, and dewormer. Please note: I am required to return to the Rockwall Adoption Center on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, for my spay surgery and rabies vaccine. This appointment is mandatory and part of my adoption contract. All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
