Dog Breed: Great Pyrenees / Collie / Mixed (medium coat). I weigh 64 lbs, and I am looking for my forever home. Rupert is the total package! This sweet, laid-back boy is looking for a family to relax and enjoy life with. He's a true couch potato who loves lounging by your side just as much as he enjoys spending time with his favorite people. Rupert is potty trained and will politely stand by the door when he needs to go outside. He's also a smart boy who already knows sit, paw, and lay down. Car rides are one of his favorite adventures, and he rides like a perfect gentleman. When it's time for some pampering, Rupert is all in! He does great for baths and absolutely loves being brushed, making grooming a breeze. If you're looking for a calm, well-mannered companion who is ready to be your best friend, Rupert is waiting to meet you! Adoption Donation: $450 All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present to be able to adopt. A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are recommended. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. Animal House Shelter cannot guarantee the breeds of the adoptable animals. The animals are posted on the website as the breed or breed mix based on their physical characteristics they most resemble.
