Ford’s journey started with quite the parking lot adventure when he, his brother Harrison, their mom Indie, and two other dogs were released loose outside the Lancaster shelter. Thankfully, shelter staff quickly secured them, and we were able to bring the family to safety. Now Harrison and Indie have been adopted, and it’s Ford’s turn! Ford is affectionate, smart, eager to please, and a quick learner. He loves other dogs, is tortoise friendly, and is wonderful with the two-year-old in his foster home. He walks beautifully on leash, sleeps through the night in his crate, and is working on keeping all four paws down when greeting his favorite people.
