He is a low energy guy who enjoys his daily walks, entertains himself throughout the day, and is happiest when he is surrounded by the people he loves. He would be an easy, delightful addition to just about any home. Einstein loves every dog he meets without exception and would do great with or without a canine sibling. He adores cats and would love nothing more than to be best friends with a feline sibling. He loves kids too, making him a wonderful fit for a family of any kind. Einstein is a smart, well-mannered boy who knows his basic commands, listens well, and is eager to please. He is fully crate trained and fully house trained, going to the door when he needs to go out and following a consistent daily routine without any issues. He walks well on leash twice a day and is a joy to take out. This little angel is truly as good as they come and is ready to bring his easygoing, loving spirit into a forever home. Overview:
A mongrel, mutt, or mixed-breed dog, is a dog that is not the result of breeding within an existing breed or to modify or create a breed and belongs to no breed. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds. Pure breeds have been, for the most part, artificially created from random-bred populations by human selective breeding with the purpose of enhancing desired physical, behavioral, or temperamental characteristics. Dogs that are not purebred are not necessarily a mix of such defined breeds. Therefore, among experts and fans of such dogs, "Mongrel" is still the preferred term.
