Description
Dog Breed: Border Collie / Mixed (medium coat). Border Collie mix, female Welcome Twiggy from Kern County Animal Services. Twiggy is a Border Collie mix, estimated to be 2 years old and weighs 29 lbs although she stands to gain at least 10-15 more. She’s rail thin. Twiggy integrated seamlessly with a foster pack of 5 other dogs. Pretty uneventful. She is quick to bond with her human. She is gentle on leash and so far proving to be housebroken. We were told by the shelter no cats, chickens, or livestock so she might make a better pet than a ranch hand. She doesn’t seem super high energy either - but she could still need time to decompress before showing us her authentic self. Stay tuned as we learn more or get an app in and find out for yourself. A dog like this won’t be here long. Twiggy is microchipped, spayed, and UTD on vaccines. Twiggy is in Arroyo Grande, CA More photos, video, and updates: .facebook/.cchdrescue/ search in posts and photo albums. Interested in Twiggy?
