She was found wandering the streets of Dongguan, China, in 2024—likely abandoned after being used for breeding. When she was rescued, it was clear she had already had puppies and had experienced a very difficult life. At the shelter, Miu Miu struggled with food insecurity and gained far too much weight. With patience, care, and plenty of love, she spent more than a year getting healthy again. Today, she’s back to a much healthier weight and ready to put her past behind her. What makes Miu Miu so special is that despite everything she has endured, she remains cheerful, affectionate, and absolutely wonderful with people. She loves human companionship and has never lost her sweet Golden Retriever spirit. Miu Miu has waited long enough.
