MONGO - ROTTWEILER (SHORT COAT) DOG FOR ADOPTION

Posted Breed: Rottweiler (short coat). Mongo came to us from a local shelter after being slated for euthanasia because he was terrified when he came out of his kennel and didn't want to interact with anyone. Fast forward a few weeks and Mongo is now soliciting for attention and affection from our Trainers! Mongo is a 2 year old, male Rottweiler. He does well in a crate and rides well in a car. He has made friends with other dogs in our care and loves to play with them. He even did well testing with a few house cats and even attempted so very goofy play with them. He appears to not have had much human interaction or handling prior to finding himself in the animal shelter. The first week we had him in our care he would tremble horribly any time we would try to touch/pet him. Now he leans into the loving and neck scratches. Mongo would do best in a patient home that would love to teach him all his foundational obedience skills as he unfortunately doesn't know any :)
