This sweet girl was rescued from a very overcrowded shelter when her time was up. Penny is now in foster home and she is learning what it is to be part of a family. Penny is a good girl who loves to play with her four legged foster brother and cuddle next to her foster parent's at night and watch some TV. She loves to go for walks! Penny but she is very smart and eager to please. Penny’s foster mom said she is one of the smartest little girls she has ever met. Penny also loves loves loves to be next to her person, once she finds her person she loves to follow you around and be your best friend. Penny would love a home with a fenced in yard as she loves to play and run and burn off her steam and then just come in and lay around and soak up as much love as she can. Because we often do not have access to medical records at the time that we are listing for dogs for adoption, there are sometimes discrepancies between what is posted on their profile and what might be listed on a dog's medical records. SNARR'S ADOPTION PROCESS: The first step in adopting or meeting a SNARR dog/puppy is to fill out an application at snarrnortheast/adopt/. Once we receive your application, one of our adoption application processors will contact you, review our adoption process with you, and answer any additional questions you may have. **We do not go on a first-come-first-serve basis for adoptions, but on best fit for a family and most importantly the puppy or dog. ** MEETING ADOPTABLE DOGS: Meet and greets will not be scheduled until after your adoption application has been fully processed and approved by one of our adoption processors.
