His parent breeds are the English Springer Spaniel and the Golden Retriever. He is a large dog with a big heart. He loves family members of all ages, but he is especially good with children. He is not a highly active dog, so those who would rather spend time lounging will find the Spangold Retriever a perfect fit. However, he will need some daily activity to remain healthy and happy.
