    Breed: Shug
    Sex: Female Female
    Age: Baby
    Location: Palo Alto, CA
Posted Breed: German Shepherd Dog / Pug / Mixed (medium coat). Our rescue will be at the Palo Alto Pet Food Express Saturday, February 18th from 1-4pm and Sunday, February 19th from 12-3pm. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, shots current (DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies where applicable), dewormed, flea and tick treated and microchipped. * If you are interested in a dog, please first read the biography on the dog (keep scrolling down for the bio!) and then go to our website, www.dpsrescue.com for an application. * We do not have a facility. All dogs live in foster homes. Arrangements to meet dogs occur after an approved application has been accepted. * We do not ship our dogs for any reason. * Our adoption fee is $400 for each dog/puppy. * If it is on a weekend of our adoptions, follow us on @DPSRescue on Twitter to get real time updates on our adoptions. We will also post at the end of the evening the names of those dogs who have been adopted: www.facebook.com/DPSRescue This dog will be at Palo Alto Pet Food Express on Saturday, February 18th from 1-4pm and Sunday, February 19th from 12-3pm or until adopted. However, we do meet with those who submit an application and are approved just prior to the event (by invitation only) and they are given the first opportunity to adopt. If you are interested in one of our dogs, we recommend filling out an application prior to the event to be considered. Applications submitted within 24 hours of the event may not necessarily be reviewed. The Teletubbies litter is 8 weeks old. They are 2 females and 2 males in this litter. We will be looking for separate homes for all of them. (We don't place siblings.) They are a mix of Shepherd-Pug mix. We expect they will be mid-size (25-35lbs) but it is a guess. If you're looking for a large size dog then they are not the best option. If the home has a weight limit they are not an option simply because they could be just about any size... The Teletubbies are funny, friendly, outgoing, loving little puppies. They love to play with toys. They are into everything. They are classic puppies. Don't turn your back! They will find some mischief to get into in the house or even outside. The Teletubbies are currently living with dogs and with a cat. They are a great option for joining a home with a well behaved dog so they can learn all kinds of manners. If there's a cat they have lived with a low key cat who ignores everyone. The Teletubbies are friendly and outgoing and well socialized. They will make amazing pets in their new homes. We will only place in homes that have had a dog in the last 3 years (sorry, parents/friends/relatives dogs do not count.) If there are children they need to be over the age of 8. **Not all of our dogs go to each adoption event. We want to make sure if you are interested in a dog that we have the dog at adoptions but that can only happen if you fill out an application ahead of time and are pre-approved. (Generally this must happen prior to the weekend) **If you are wanting to submit an application within 24 hours of an event, please print off the application and bring with you as well as submitting it. You may still submit it and if time and volunteers permit, we will contact you. Most applications submitted the weekend of adoptions are not responded to until after the adoption weekend.
