We can transport to most states, through partner networks. Virtual meet n greets can be arranged for all non-local adopters. Meet Bitty Boop! She is a pint sized pocket bully with a heart as big as her charming personality. We found Bitty Boop running around a busy intersection in Columbia, SC last year, emaciated and abandoned. She is the epitome of sweetness, spreading affection and kisses to everyone she meets. Weighing a petite 40 lbs, she stands short but mighty! Bitty Boop is a bundle of joy ready to find her furever home. Bitty Boop's greatest pastime is basking in the sun and grooming her foster fur siblings. She has an unwavering love for people, kids, and any dog she meets. Whether she is exploring the yard or cuddled up indoors, Bitty Boop is an all around great companion with an endearing nature and delightful demeanor, making her the pawfect addition to any family! ​Apply to adopt Bitty Boop today! Overview:
Originally used in the 17th century for bull baiting—a wagering sport in which dogs fought bulls in a ring—Bulldogs had taller, more athletic frames (much like the Olde English Bulldogge). When bull baiting was outlawed in 1835, Bulldogs were bred to be kinder, heavier and more relaxed. However, American Bulldogs—which were brought to the U.S. before this breeding pattern—retained the size and strength of the original Bulldogs. Great family dogs, American Bulldogs are sweet to children. They love family-oriented occasions and want to be involved. With proper training and socialization, you’ll find them outgoing and exceedingly loyal. Some American Bulldogs will go to great lengths to protect their masters. Tough and determined, American Bulldogs have an impressive stamina and strength. They are always game for playtime in the back yard or working in the field.
