up to date on all of his vaccinations and is microchipped. Carter is on the medium side and is more mellow. Carter is low - medium energy. Carter does well with dogs both large and small. He is eager to please and even tempered. Carter is family friendly and good with children. He is easy to train. Carter is very sweet, lovable and great with other animals and people-friendly.
