Mother – Standard Poodle
Father – 3/4 Standard Poodle (Parti Poodle) 1/4 Great Pyrenees.
We are not a kennel but rather a home with our Standard Poodle female. We raised the puppies in our house with a lot of love, care, and attention. We're very focused on carrying forward good genetics for these breeds but this second litter will be the last. As anyone who's raised puppies knows, it's a lot of work to do this right.
The mother is in excellent health and has always been taken care of by our local vet. The Father is 3/4 Standard Poodle and 1/4 Great Pyrenees which makes these puppies 7/8 Standard Poodle. They are amazing.
Pyredoodles are a cross between a Standard Poodle and a Great Pyrenees. Poodles are highly intelligent, active, alert, highly-trainable, non-shedding, and relatively healthy. The Standard Poodle is the oldest breed of the three sizes of poodles. The father is a parti-poodle, which is the original Standard Poodle coloring.
The Great Pyrenees are large, majestic dogs who are known for their unconditional love for family, guardian instincts against intruders, and elegant thick white coats, Pyrenees are also well-known as livestock protectors and are great family dogs.
