there, Rachel and Billy (of Chasing Clouds) were blessed by the universe with such an amazing physical specimen of a female who demonstrates fantastic people skills, empathy and grace that they knew they had to pass all this along in her lineage. This is Chasing Clouds first litter but don't let that deter you. On top of thirty plus years of owning Samoyeds, both Rachel and Billy have done extensive research and were very selective when looking at sire options before moving forwards with breeding, always with the motto to "better the breed" with their litter rather than just add to the Samoyed population.
