Posted Breed: Boston Terrier (short coat). He’s handsome, he’s wild, he’s sweet, he’s a total Boston boy to a T—everyone meet ZIGGY!! Barreling in to Boston Buddies after his owner surrendered him, Ziggy is cheerful and chipper and always up for a good time. He’s the epitome of a ray of sunshine and he’s anxiously waiting to find his humans to love on for a FUREVER long time! Just 4 years young and 30lbs, Ziggy has a plus-sized personality and is as bodacious as they come, he’s always ready and waiting to have some fun! Ziggy is a self-proclaimed toy-o-holic, is a voracious chewer with a soft spot for Kongs (especially when they’re stuffed with treats and peanut butter!), and will never turn down a good game of fetch. Speaking of treats, Ziggy hasn’t met a treat he doesn’t love to eat! He is extremely food motivated which is great for helping with his indoor manners. Ziggy is crate trained, walks well on his leash, knows “sit,” is working on “come” and “off,” and is just about potty trained. Our burly boy has a contagious zest for life, is exuberant, lives to be the center of attention and has no problem “asking” for it according to is his foster mom. For Ziggy to thrive, he would do best as your only guy or with a smaller female dog. Ziggy is a big ol’ loverboy who has been known to steal kisses, getcha grinning, and leave many he’s met swooning (just ask the vet techs)! He is completely healthy, vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped.
