Posted Breed: Labrador Retriever / Great Pyrenees / Mixed (medium coat). Adoption Fee: $550 + MN tax. Hi, my name is Heartley! I’m a mixed breed (lab and guarding breed mix probably!) dog who is between 10-12 months old and 40 lbs. I wear black polka dot white socks on my front feet. I have a lovely white tuxedo shirt on my chest. I am originally from Kentucky and am currently staying in a foster home with my buddy Emerson (also from Kentucky). My fosters parents have already started to teach me to heal, sit, down, come. If I hear “No”, I stop what I’m doing like a good girl. I’m living with a lot of dogs and I like them all. I’m a social, playful gal! I enjoy wrestling and playing yard tag with Emerson; we also catch naps together in one of our sleeping crates. I don’t even mind when Emerson uses me as a pillow. I sleep through the night and when I see you in the morning, my little, velvet butt will start wagging. I go outside to potty about every three to four hours during the day right now, to help me build a good potty routine. I would do really well in a family with other dog(s). I have been supervised around kids and don't mind them. My foster is trying to get me to fetch, but I currently just enjoy running around with the ball in my mouth! I’m a smart girl and am very food motivated - I promise I'll be easy to teach things! We go for daily walks and even though I hear dogs barking and see them on our walks - I just ignore all the commotion. I ride very well in the car, with a seatbelt strap. Heartley is currently with a temporary foster, and we'd like to move her to another foster home ASAP, or find her a forever home! Interested in fostering or adopting?
