Posted Breed: Miniature Australian Shepherd. Ready for pick up starting middle of June. Beautiful tri colored girl whose parents are DNA cleared for any potential inherited diseases. She has a sister that looks almost identical. Will sell both for $2,000 if they can go to a new home together. We had 9 spectacular puppies, couldn't have asked for a better litter. All puppies have amazing bright blue eyes! This will be our only litter for this year. If you live in North Carolina we can drop off your new addition to your family close to your home free of charge. Also free delivery if you live within 2 hours of our home in Moneta, Va. The dam is our small standard sized, very charming and smart blue eyed girl Ariel and the sire is "Rooster" a very handsome blue eyed miniature sized Aussie boy weighing 37 lbs. Both are registered with the Australian Stock Dog Registry. Every puppy will go home with a puppy kit (see picture) that includes a baby blanket with mom's and siblings scent on it, a leash and collar, cute bandana, a couple of toys, a folder with a one year health guarantee and health record, an AKC book on Puppy training (not shown) some transition pellets and a beautiful bag and purse with turtle motive. Overview:
The Miniature Australian Shepherd is a well-balanced dog of medium size and bone. He is attentive and animated, showing strength and stamina combined with unusual agility. Slightly longer than tall, he has a coat of moderate length and coarseness with coloring that offers variety and individuality in each specimen. An identifying characteristic is his natural or docked bobtail. In each sex, masculinity or feminity is well-defined. Bone is moderate and clean with coarseness, heaviness or lightness being undesirable. Overall type, balance of conformation and movement are valued more highly than individual structural perfections because it is balance which enables him to fulfill his purpose.
