Posted Breed: Hound / Mixed. Adoption Fee: $350. Trixie made her journey from the south to find her furever home. She’s approximately a 5-6 month-old, bird dog mix and weighs 33 pounds. Trixie loves to keep a clean crate and has yet to have an accident in it. She’s learning and doing well with house training. Trixie gets along well with everyone she meets (kids, adults, and dogs). No kitties in her foster home, but she’s supposedly friendly with them. She’s submissive and likes to play, cuddle, and get belly rubs. Trixie is a curious girl, especially loves to watch TV and has a fondness for clothes left on the floor. Trixie is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines and is heart-worm negative. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter.
