This sweet girl loves to explore her surroundings, always keeping a watchful eye on her people as she goes. She’s got a fun habit of collecting her favorite toys from around the house and bringing them to the couch—usually placing at least one right in your lap as a gift. After a play session, a stroll around the neighborhood, or some window-watching duty, she’s ready to curl up beside you for a well-earned nap, ideally with her head resting on your leg. While Ruby recently met some cats and did well with them! She would do well with a confident feline who can help her learn the rules of the house—though a skittish cat might not appreciate her playful chase instincts. Because she loves meeting all humans, big and small, in the same manner, she would do best with dog-savvy children. Ruby is crate trained and doesn't make a peep. She does well crated for a few hours during the day and overnight. She’s fully house trained and currently working on improving her leash manners. She's eager to learn and food motivated, which will make her training a breeze with a little consistency and patience.
