Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Hound / Mixed (short coat). After three months of loving and personal care from volunteers, Pepper is off on a new adventure at a foster home! She is ready to take on the world, learn to be comfortable in a home, and be less inhibited when it comes to meeting new people. She has been spayed, updated with her vaccines, has a nice glossy coat, and she is very charming one on one. She is adjusting well to her new foster home. Here is an update: Pepper is a young Lab mix who is proving what an amazing companion she is! She loves the water, walks beautifully on a leash, and does great with cats—she basically ignores them. She's been letting her foster know when she needs to go outside, has a calm, easygoing personality, and loves soaking up the sunshine and getting belly rubs. We truly believe Pepper will settle into a new home quickly. She's ready to leave shelter life behind and find the family she's been waiting for. Could it be yours?
