Please read ALL below where you will find answers about the pet, our adoption fees and how to do our adoption application! Pet Description: Big Man came to us as a surrender when his owner said he was working to much and didn't have time for him. Big Man is one year old, approx 80 solid lbs and what we call 'a lot of dog.' He is super sweet but can jump a 4' fence with ease and is on the HIGH side of energy level especially at first. With enough exercise and interaction he settles down and we were told is good with other dogs and children even though he wants to play with them all perhaps a bit too much for their comfort level. He is handsome as can be but a dog for an experienced LARGE dog person - not for a first time dog owner. DOG ADOPTION FEE is $100. This Adoption fee includes: mandatory spay/neuter which will be done before you can take your dog or puppy home with you; basic canine immunizations (DHPP-CPV & Bordatella Intranasal); de-wormings; one-year rabies vaccination if old enough; heartworm test if over five months old; microchip from 24-Pet Watch; certificate for free health examination at your participating veterinarian; and a goodie bag chocked full of information, toys, and more. (If a dog is sponsored or has a waived or lower fee, that info will be provided at the point of adoption to the approved adopter).
