ocial. For such an athletic looking dog, Gregory really enjoys his chill time. If you''ve got a toy though, he LOVES to play! He is excited to play with any type of toy you''ve got for him. Greg often gets a little too excitable and can be grabby if you''re holding a toy that he wants. This, plus his large size, means that he''s looking for a home with older teens and adults who can handle his excitable behavior around toys. Once he''s done playing, he is a champion cuddler and will rub and schmooze you like a cat! He settles nicely and seems to have a nice low key presence when just hanging out with his people. When out for walks, Gregory has been known to pull, but he walks like a gentleman with the help of a no-pull harness. He is calm and collected on walks for the most part, unless he sees something exciting and then he will pull to go check it out. We have noticed that Gregory is polite with other dogs who are respectful, but he quickly becomes reactive to any dog that growls at him. He is looking for a home as the only dog as he doesn''t want to share his toys with other dogs. We do not know what Greg thinks about cats. Whether you want a fun playtime companion or a big boy to plop down next to you for a nap, Greg is your man - come visit him! Please note that Gregory''s adoption process will require more than one visit to allow staff to explain and demonstrate his behaviors.
