0 mo old human. It was over a toy. Our trainers are working with him and we feel this is a training issue with him. He is not obsessive over his possessions and, looking back, the accident could have been prevented, but in an abundance of caution, we are saying older kids or adults pls. He does take phenobarbitol twice daily for seizures which he does not have if kept regular on his medication. A goodly supply will come with him. He has been a loving and wonderful companion for many years - and we are confident he can succeed in another home that will be so lucky and adored to have him. Much beloved! One of our volunteer families is smitten - and he comes to B&B with them very frequently! ​ Are you my furrever family? All our dogs are spayed/neutered, micorchipped, and fully vaccinated before adoption; they have been wormed, bathed, socialized, walked daily and much loved; each adoptee leaves with a leash, collar, and all medical records. The beauty of coming to our Apple Valley sanctuary is that you can see all 90+ dogs! No more weekend mobiles—only special events. Maybe if there are enuff appointments, we could see you in El Monte or Orange County or nearby. Email your application and ask for more details! Many states have larger populations of adoptable dogs and their shelters are willing to transport pets to suitable adopting families. Some shelters might have requirements for a home visit, a fenced yard or require you to visit the pet multiple times before you commit to adopting. Understand that the shelters are doing their best to place the pets in suitable homes and these requirements are in the best interest of both you and the pet

  5. Meet in person. - Whenever possible it is best to meet the animal in person before agreeing to bring them into your life.
