is a solid beagle and could stand to lose some weight. He does seem to have a lot of energy. We found he was coughing a lot. On evaluation he seems to have an enlarged heart and will require meds that only cost about $25 a month. adoption fee is $125. Adoption fees go back to and cover all of the medical for all of the dogs.
