This Adoption fee includes: mandatory spay/neuter which will be done before you can take your dog or puppy home with you; basic canine immunizations (DHPP-CPV & Bordatella Intranasal); de-wormings; one-year rabies vaccination if old enough; heartworm test if over five months old; microchip from 24-Pet Watch; certificate for free health examination at your participating veterinarian; and a goodie bag chocked full of information, toys, and more. To help that active dog family/owner give one of our labeled Power Ranger’s a loving home we have reduced their adoption fee to $50 so their adopter can use the adoption savings to perhaps go finish that big yard fence project, or buy some new running shoes or hiking gear, or get a start on some scheduled doggy daycare, or buy indestructible doggy toys, or a bigger crate, or get started with activities like K9 nosework or agility, etc – you get the picture. Don’t get us wrong – our Power Rangers are great dogs who are good with people (sometimes a bit too much for small children or smaller dogs/cats)! But Power Rangers are not couch potatoes, so they are searching for equally active and engaged adopters. All qualifications to adopt still apply - just email hselcobellsouth for an application. EXCEPTION ADOPTION FEE. Yes, there are sometimes exceptions to our normal fee for older dogs or special cases or adoptions of two dogs together.
