rescued off the streets of Tijuana. She was tic and flea infested and visibly malnourished. You can see the rescue video and a picture after being rescued and taken to grooming. She is such a sweet girl and under quarantine now but we will begin taking applications, although we aren't able to set up meets until mid March. She's not available for adoption until the end of March after she has been spayed. Please, submit an application today to schedule a meeting in March. She is also looking for a foster!
