We have no perfect dogs - but many of our dogs have proven to be perfect for a certain someone. Our job is to find those someone's. Fence needed? Yes What kind of home would be best for me? I would love to go to a home with Ledi where we can be loved. What is my personality like? My sis and I, arrived at the farm after we were rescued from a local North Carolina shelter. One day everything was fine but the next.. our owner passed away. It took a week or so to adjust with all of these new things but we are doing just fine! I am glad to still have Ledi! I would love to go to a home with her because we both have already been through so much. How do I act when I first meet new people? Friendly, a little more social than Ledi! More tips and tidbits: I looove food and treats. Despite what has happened, I am nothing but love and a happy attitude. I am a little more social than my sister but that is okay. I walk like a pro on a leash, never leaving your side. Just a happy go lucky boy that gets along with any and everything! I know how to sit and I am highly treat motivated so I could probably learn more commands. I don't really know what toys are but I enjoy going for walks. When first meeting you I tend to jump on you to give you kisses. There is nothing more than I want than just to be loved on. House trained? Dogs can be house trained if they are in the right environment and are allowed to follow a schedule as long as a physical reason doesn't keep them from being trained. A dog house trained in my home may not be in yours. We will help you teach your new dog this necessary skill and based on your schedule. You are not being screened for a specific dog although we are looking to see what type of dog interests you - poodles or non poodles, color, age, etc. Others here may be a better fit for you. It is very difficult to get to know a living animal from a picture and a short description. Since we are constantly getting in new dogs, this may be a dog not in our listings yet.
