dling skills. Come and meet Buddy, he is around 5 months of age and is a Chihuahua/Dachshund mix weighing around 10 pounds. He has a beautiful tan coat and soft spoken and adoring eyes. Buddy is a lively, loving and all around precious pup. He is highly intelligent and very observant and full of puppy antics. Buddy will even watch television with his human because snuggle time is very important to him. He has his favorite shows but is willing to watch whatever is on the screen. He just wants to feel the love, day and night. Buddy can be a little shy at first but with a few kind words and a gentle pat, he will relax and begin to trust. Buddy is a character and his high energy level is handy when keeping up with his canine playmates. Buddy even gets along with cats. He is all about having fun and living life to the fullest. If it was possible, Buddy would have cheetah in him because he is fast and loves to run in the yard. He is like a streak running around and sniffing everything. Because of his young age and high energy, Buddy would do best in a household without young children. When inside the house, Buddy likes to keep busy chewing on his favorite toys either inside or outside his crate. He especially likes his chew toys and will happily entertain himself for extended periods of time. Buddy is super well behaved in his crate and has been known to sleep in his crate at night. He is in the process of learning house training and also leash training skills. He is doing well but has not quite mastered the art of it yet. In the meantime, he will continue to practice so he can a pro. As with all puppies, Buddy is full of curiosity and wonderment, and is ready to grow from adorable puppy to amazing dog with the right guidance and patience. He will need a home with someone who has the time, desire and energy to train and socialize him so that he can become the perfect lifelong companion.
