nd dog siblings when his owner went to jail and the person who was supposed to take care of them all didn't. He is bonded with Louie, a 10 year old Pug who is blind. Otto is Louie's guide dog and companion and they are very bonded. so must be adopted together. Otto and Louie are looking for a forever family to call their own. The adoption fee is $300 which includes neuter surgery and vaccinations (parvo/distemper and rabies.)
