To apply to adopt a pet from Wright-Way Rescue, please fill out an online application at .wright-wayrescue. Once approved, you may place a reservation to meet the pet you see above. Please place a reservation only if you are seriously considering adding this pet to your home. Wright-Way Rescue has two locations, the North Shore Humane Center and the Admission and Medical Services Campus. Please pay close attention to the location of the pet, which is listed above. All pets travel to the North Shore Humane Center in Morton Grove once they are ready for adoption. Please call the Adoption Hotline to find out more about a pet's location and availability date. Animals can also be adopted from our Admission and Medical Services Campus in Murphysboro, IL. Reservations for the Murphysboro location can be made by calling 618-208-1509. If you would like to look more casually at our adoptable animals, please stop by Wright-Way Rescue's North Shore Humane Center located at 5915 Lincoln Avenue in Morton Grove, IL. Our hours of operation are Thursday 2pm-8pm, Friday 12pm-8pm, and Saturday/Sunday 11am-4pm. We are closed Monday-Wednesday. All Wright-Way Rescue animals come up-to-date on medical care. The adoption fee includes: current vaccinations including Canine Influenza, initial deworming medication, microchip and registration, a veterinary check with health certificate, and a 30 day free trial of pet health insurance. Many states have larger populations of adoptable dogs and their shelters are willing to transport pets to suitable adopting families. Some shelters might have requirements for a home visit, a fenced yard or require you to visit the pet multiple times before you commit to adopting. Understand that the shelters are doing their best to place the pets in suitable homes and these requirements are in the best interest of both you and the pet
