Once you have chosen a specific dog that you would like to adopt, if you would like to move forward with the adoption approval process, the next step would be to submit a $200 deposit donation. You can pay your deposit securely through PayPal at this link: Once we have your deposit, we will hold the dog for you while we process your application. If you are not approved to adopt, or we cannot provide the dog you are interested in, your deposit will be promptly refunded. If you are approved, the deposit is applied toward the total donation of the dog. If the dog you are interested in is not a good match, we will work with you to find another dog, and your deposit will be transferred to that dog. Some shelters might have requirements for a home visit, a fenced yard or require you to visit the pet multiple times before you commit to adopting. Understand that the shelters are doing their best to place the pets in suitable homes and these requirements are in the best interest of both you and the pet
