low to warm up but starting to come around. He's learning to walk on a leash and trust humans. He is house broken, crate trained and loves to snuggle. He is not your typical Beagle that barks. He actually never barks! He loves treats and food and starting to learn commands. He is around 20 pounds, up to date on shots and will be neutered prior to adoption. His adoption fee is $200.
