I got involved in dog rescue when dumped dogs started showing up at my house. I live at the edge of the desert and there is a turn around where people dump their dogs. They hear my dogs and show up. Most just thirsty. Some very hungry. Some were shot by neighbors after going after their livestock. I pay for spaying and neutering. Shots and I find homes for abandoned dogs. The money from my goldens pay for my rescue operation
