xas and glad to call Minnesota my new home thru Ruff Start Rescue. I am a shy, sensitive, quiet dog, who could use a boost of confidence. I probably would not do well with young children, finding their movements too quick and loud. I live with a bunch of other dogs at my foster mom and dad's house, and we get along great. I am housebroken, learning to go in the crate, good snuggler, love to eat, enjoy chewies and don't mind getting a bath. I have been going to the park for walks, which has been lots of fun, but alittle nervous about getting into the car and putting my harness and leash on. I know I will get better with this after some practice. I overheard my foster mom and dad say(when they didn't think I was listening) they think I am a doll, totally sweet, and have the cutest underbite. I had a feeling they were kinda smart. Oh by the way, I like ice cream. That would be perfect if my forever home would be close to a Dairy Queen. Many states have larger populations of adoptable dogs and their shelters are willing to transport pets to suitable adopting families. Some shelters might have requirements for a home visit, a fenced yard or require you to visit the pet multiple times before you commit to adopting. Understand that the shelters are doing their best to place the pets in suitable homes and these requirements are in the best interest of both you and the pet
