, and would make ideal companions for moderately active to active homes. Their Mom is a Lab mix, but Dad was a traveling salesman (or the milkman... Or the UPS guy...), so we are not sure what else is in the mix. Some of these sweethearts have very long, slightly curly tails, some have ears that stand up, some are brindle and others are black. Applications are usually processed within ONE BUSINESS DAY. Once approved, you will be able to schedule a meeting with an available animal for our upcoming adoption event! Please note that because our shelter is located in southern Illinois, about 3 hours south of Champaign, our animals are available for adoption in Champaign only during scheduled events, and are available in Murphysboro, IL between events, by appointment. ADOPTION EVENT INFORMATION IS POSTED ON OUR HOME PAGE AT: .DogsFromMars ADOPTION FEE: $300 INCLUDES*: (these items have already been completed by the time puppies attend an event) AT LEAST 3 Wellness Checks ALL 3 PUPPY SHOTS (Distemper/Adenovirus Type-2/ParaInfluenza/Parvovirus) Bordetella Vaccination (kennel cough prevention) + Booster 4 month Distemper/Parvo Booster (for puppies 16 weeks and older) At least 2 fecal screenings (to check for intestinal parasites and bacteria) At least 3 Rounds of Dewormer Pre-adoption "spa treatment" (bath, conditioning treatment, nail trim, ear cleaning) Microchip Implantation Microchip Registration *Complete medical records are available for each puppy at our events and upon adoption. Adoption fees also help to provide a safe and healthy enviroment for the animals in our program, transportation to our shelter, and transportation to our adoption events or meetings. Some shelters might have requirements for a home visit, a fenced yard or require you to visit the pet multiple times before you commit to adopting. Understand that the shelters are doing their best to place the pets in suitable homes and these requirements are in the best interest of both you and the pet
