. He had kennel cough. He has been treated and ready for a new home. He gets along well with others. No tiny children please. He is fragile Adoption fee is $550.00 An Application must be submitted to be considered to adopt. It is located under the FORM/APPLICATION Tab on our website .eastcoasthumanesociety There is a $10 fee to submit an application. Application Processing time can run 5 to 7 business days. We do not do first applied, but best match for each individual animal. Adoption fees are Money Order or Cash only. Please check with your Building Manager or HOA for breed, weight restrictions. We do check. All puppies and adult dogs have been micro-chipped, vaccinated, and treated for; fleas, ticks, worms and parasites, additional treatments may be needed. Our puppies 7 months and older as well as our adult dogs will additionally have been heart-worm tested and neutered. Our pets are cared for in loving foster homes, most are in the Atlanta Metro Georgia area. We do not have a facility, but will schedule a place and time for adoptions. We are not available by phone until you have an approved application to adopt. We are all volunteers and time is very limited. Please check our Facebook page on Friday to make sure we are having an Event. We do NOT operate a public facility for you to visit. Petco-Venice Location is at 1651 US 41 Bypass South Venice, Florida Transportation NORTHEAST is available for $200 additional fee.. Some shelters might have requirements for a home visit, a fenced yard or require you to visit the pet multiple times before you commit to adopting. Understand that the shelters are doing their best to place the pets in suitable homes and these requirements are in the best interest of both you and the pet

  5. Meet in person. - Whenever possible it is best to meet the animal in person before agreeing to bring them into your life.
