so excited, and amazed, to walk on grass! She is having a blast here and loves the other dogs. A puppy mill dog often does better with another dog in his next life - a normal dog. The normal dog will teach the puppy mill dog how to act in the world. As far as puppy mill fear goes this girl is minor. When we try to pick her up she will run, but otherwise is very comfortable with us, she looks at us dances and wiggles. We want to mention that these small dogs often do better with a potty floor pad available and if you are interested in rescuing a mill dog we'd like to have you go to our website and read the "Working with Mill Dog Notes". www.joyfulrescues.org This little cutie has had her first dental, but the mill dogs teeth are SO bad when they come in that another one may be needed in the near future. Adopting a mill dog is a special kindness as it will take many weeks, months or, even, years before the dog truly shows love toward you. But, when that moment happens you see it in their eyes and it will take your breath away! We ADORE this little girl, she has blossomed!! The Adoption Fee for this dog is $325.00. Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a "complete" pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY. Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A DOG FROM JOYFUL RESCUES We keep our pet list as up-to-date as possible. As soon as a pet is adopted, it is removed from the list. Understand that the shelters are doing their best to place the pets in suitable homes and these requirements are in the best interest of both you and the pet
