TEMPERAMENT: Affectionate, playful, curious WEIGHT: 15ish lbs HOUSE TRAINING: She's working on it! CRATE TRAINING: She's working on it! OTHER DOGS: Good. She enjoys playing with other dogs. CATS: Unknown CHILDREN: Dog-respectful children, 12 and older ADOPTION DONATION: $600 HEALTH: Prior to adoption, KANPAI will be spayed, microchipped, flea treated, dewormed, and is current on vaccines. Your adoption donation goes toward offsetting the cost of this vet care as well as other incidental costs of care. HISTORY: Motley Zoo Animal Rescue was asked to find KANPAI a great forever family and that is exactly what we plan to do! NOTES FROM FOSTER HOME: Kanpai is shy with strangers but warms up quickly! She loves to explore her space which can be good or bad depending on what there is to find so it's important to provide proper supervision while she's learning. Kanpai is very content to snuggle up on the couch and she loves to give kisses! As far as toys go, she enjoys stuffed toys that she can tear up a little. She's still young and learning the ropes but she's an absolute sweetheart that would make a great addition to your family! All dogs adopted from Motley Zoo come with a leash and Martingale collar (or a harness, if necessary), depending on each dog's particular needs. Each dog also receives a "Tour Gear Bag" full of brochures, coupons, and supplies for your new pup! ABOUT MOTLEY ZOO: Welcome to Motley Zoo Animal Rescue! We are a rock and roll themed, volunteer-run, foster based, 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue organization based in Redmond, WA. Motley Zoo is a FOSTER BASED organization, which means our rescue animals are cared for in private foster homes (or partnering pet stores) where the animals receive one-on-one care and attention in a home environment until permanent placement is found. We do not have animals available for casual viewing and same day adoption. Due to the volunteer run structure and decentralized/ virtual nature of a foster based group, an approved application is required to make an adoption appointment for any of our animals. We will work toward getting you approved as an adopter so that we can set a time for you to meet your new best friend!
