. All animals are $75.00 and up. Adoption fees in correlation with care & expenses required to make each animal healthy and ready for adoption. Some dogs require fenced in yards, please feel free to ask any of our volunteers if the animal you're interested in requires a fenced in yard. Please call 850-968-3260 for information on any of the animals you see listed with the JHS (Jr. Humane Society) Bear was abandoned at boarding facility by his owner who didn't want to pay the boarding bill. He is 2 years old and utd on shots. He needs hw test and neuter. He has an appt. on 4/24. He gets along with other big dogs but not so much with little dogs. Loves people. He weighs about 55 lbs. Isn't he gorgeous? The Junior Humane Society is a non-profit, all volunteer, animal rescue group. For over 25 years, we have taken in owner released pets so they won't be taken to the pound/animal shelter. All animals waiting for adoption are placed in foster homes. Before placing the animal in a permanent home we provide all necessary vet care, including but not limited to shots, spaying and neutering.
