Yes, Chong is active and young, he will need room to run. What kind of home would be best for me? Chong would love any home that loves him in return. He would love another silly dog to play with or even a few kids to run with. What is my personality like? Chong is one of Carolina Poodle Rescues Hurricane Irma dogs. He had a rough start with getting very sick with parvo a day after arriving at the poodle farm but his happy spirits brought him through it. It is nearly impossible to be upset around him, he will do everything in his power to lighten the mood. Chong is a puppy but he just so happens to be a calm one. He still loves to play and chew on his chew bones but is also perfectly okay with sitting in your lap receiving attention. Chong will need basic command training and a little more practice with walking on a leash. Chong is such a sweet boy and very calm to be so young. He loves people and other dogs. He loves to find other young dogs to play with and does well with any dog he's introduced to. His other side is that he will be a lap dog so you can love on him. He will play with toys but prefers bones. Chong does not really know any tricks yet since he's so young, but can definitely be taught. He does surprisingly well on a leash to be so young but does pull a little when excited. Chong overall is a great and easy boy. He'd do great in a home with another dog to play with and people to love on him and teach his little puppy habits away.If you are looking for a goofy pup to keep you or your dog company Chong is the guy for you! How do I act when I first meet new people? He does not meet a stranger. House trained? Dogs can be house trained if they are in the right environment and are allowed to follow a schedule as long as a physical reason doesn't keep them from being trained. A dog house trained in my home may not be in yours. We will help you teach your new dog this necessary skill and based on your schedule.
