d addition to your family come on in and visit him today! All Perth Amboy Animal Shelter residents will be fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. You must be 23 or older to adopt from the shelter, complete an Adoption Application and pay the associated adoption fee. The application must be approved by the shelter staff and all adoptions are finalized based on the best interests of our animals. Understand that the shelters are doing their best to place the pets in suitable homes and these requirements are in the best interest of both you and the pet
