is a 7 month old darling little girl ( That is what her foster momma calls her) She loves everyone she meets and is loaded with a lot of fun. She loves to go for walks, car rides, and does well playing with other dogs too. She loves little kids. She has been working on her basic training. She is fully vetted, spayed and micro chipped too. We do not adopt to households with pets who have not been spayed and/or neutered unless there is a medical reason. All pets will be fully vetted, UTD on vaccines, micro chipped, treated for parasites, and heartworm tested before adoption. Puppies that are too young for spay/neuter surgery at time of adoption will have the requirement and date included in their adoption contract. Adoption donation is $200 for dogs over 1 year old and $300 for puppies/dogs under 1 year old. The first step to adopting or fostering from Guardians of the Green Mile is to complete our Adoption/Foster Application. We will be checking with your veterinarian and personal references. Applicants will be interviewed and require a home visit before being approved to adopt or foster a dog from GOTGM. Applicants must be 21 or older. Thank you for choosing to adopt a rescued pet.

Many states have larger populations of adoptable dogs and their shelters are willing to transport pets to suitable adopting families. Some shelters might have requirements for a home visit, a fenced yard or require you to visit the pet multiple times before you commit to adopting. Understand that the shelters are doing their best to place the pets in suitable homes and these requirements are in the best interest of both you and the pet
