Geralt is looking for a patient home who wants to watch a dog blossom under their care. Geralt gravitates towards women more than men. He wants nothing more than to be next to a calm person. Geralt opens up slowly but when surrounded by serenity he shows all the love he has to offer. Geralt is eager to please his human. He will do his very best to follow your lead and learn. A peaceful home with low traffic, another calm dog would be best for Geralt to learn how to be pet. He has spent his life being a baby daddy without the luxury of couches, treats, and a bed all of his own. Geralt needs a gentle hand and low expectations the first 60 days in his new home. Just let him watch and follow your dog to learn about all the love your home has to offer. What is my personality like? Geralt is shy. He has a soulful look in his eyes that asks everyone 'will you show me kindness?' Geralt offers his whole heart to anyone who will be understanding to his need for peace. How do I act when I first meet new people? Geralt picks the people he will be open with quickly. If you're not his cup of tea, he will hide behind his person or under the nearest safe place he can fit. Other tips and tidbits: Geralt's birthday is 2/14/2019 House trained? Dogs can be house trained if they are in the right environment and are allowed to follow a schedule as long as a physical reason doesn't keep them from being trained. A dog house trained in my home may not be in yours. We will help you teach your new dog this necessary skill and based on your schedule. Please note - we do not ship dogs. If you are interested in adopting, please take a look at the distance between the foster home location and your location and make sure you are willing to make that trip. You are not being screened for a specific dog although we are looking to see what type of dog interests you - poodles or non poodles, color, age, etc. Others here may be a better fit for you. It is very difficult to get to know a living animal from a picture and a short description. Since we are constantly getting in new dogs, this may be a dog not in our listings yet.
