He knows the following commands: sit, come, down, place, heel and stay. Chesney's guardian explains why she has made the decision to rehome him: A family friend adopted Chesney and subsequently another puppy and it proved too much for Chesney, so his current guardians are temporarily fostering him during the rehome search.
