This is managed by trading the item for a treat and using commands like "sit" and "drop it." Handling Sensitivities: Teddy does not like her feet or mouth being touched. She also does not tolerate being force-fed pills and must take medication in food or treats. Reactivity to Pain: If accidentally injured (e.g., foot stepped on), she may react by nipping. She has bitten in these situations before, but the bites were not severe (puncture wounds but no stitches needed).
